I originally ordered this handheld shower head because I wanted something with a hose that would make cleaning my shower much easier. I was tired of using cups to rinse away soap, and I wanted something with really strong water pressure because that is a must in our house. As soon as I installed it, I was completely impressed. Installation was incredibly simple and only took a few minutes. The water pressure is absolutely incredible and easily one of the strongest shower heads I have ever owned. It has six different spray settings, so you can switch between a relaxing rainfall, a massage spray, and several other options depending on what you prefer. The shower head itself is larger than a standard one, giving excellent coverage, and the front cleaning spray is fantastic for rinsing down shower walls, corners, and other hard to reach areas. The mounting bracket feels very sturdy, and the ball joint holds the shower head securely in place while still allowing you to adjust the angle with ease. I was so impressed with the performance that I immediately ordered two more for my other bathrooms. The only reason I am giving this four stars instead of five is because I wish the hose were a little longer, and I also wish the shower head and hose were made from metal instead of plastic. Everything is constructed from ABS plastic, including the hose, but I have to admit it is actually a very nice quality plastic that feels solid, looks attractive, and does not feel flimsy. For the price, I really cannot complain because the performance more than makes up for the material. My shower is very large, so the hose does not quite reach every area as easily as I would like when I am cleaning. I also recommend using a lower setting when cleaning because the front spray is powerful enough to splash water everywhere if it is turned all the way up. Overall, this shower head is functional, convenient, easy to use, and has exceeded my expectations. Twist off your old head, then wind thread seal tape clockwise 3 to 5 turns around the thread. The tape comes free in the box.
Clockwise only, or it unwinds as you tighten.
Screw the bracket onto the taped thread until it is snug.
Hand tight is tight enough. No wrench needed.
Screw one end of the hose to the bracket and the other to the handle. The washers are already seated.
Do not cross thread. It should turn easily.
Clip the head into the bracket, turn the water on and check every joint is dry.
