Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 are a flat $9.95. The rate is shown at checkout and nothing is added afterwards.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak seasons such as Christmas can add time.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched. It can take 2 to 5 business days for the first scan to appear. If tracking has not updated after 7 business days, email us at lunoviaprogram@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate.
Multiple item orders
Orders containing several items may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You are not charged extra for this.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately and we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped.
Failed delivery and unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because nobody was available, the address was wrong, or it was not collected from a depot, we can resend it once you cover the reshipping cost, or refund the order minus the original shipping cost we paid.
Lost parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us at lunoviaprogram@gmail.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either resend the order or refund you in full.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, take photographs of the item and the packaging and email us at lunoviaprogram@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund it.
