1. Overview
This website is operated by Cloverfen, trading as Cloverfen. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Cloverfen. By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Who can order
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in the state or country where you live, and that the payment details you supply are yours to use.
3. Products and pricing
We do our best to display our products and their colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows a colour exactly as it appears in real life.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product we sell and to refuse or cancel any order, including where an item has been listed at an obviously incorrect price. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
Product availability is not guaranteed. Where an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a refund.
4. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information so we can process your order and contact you if needed.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you provided.

7. Acceptable use
You may not use our site or our products for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to submit false information, to upload malicious code, or to interfere with the security of the site. We may terminate your access for breaching any of this.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, product photography, logos and page design, belongs to Cloverfen or our suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
9. Reviews and submissions
If you send us comments, reviews, photographs or suggestions, you grant us a non exclusive right to use, publish and adapt them without payment. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit and it must not be unlawful or offensive.
10. Third party links
Our site may link to third party websites. We are not responsible for their content, products or policies. Any dealings with them are between you and them.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We provide the site and our products on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloverfen is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Cloverfen against any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party because you breached these terms.

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page is the version that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules
